I'm cranking out lots of posts today, so be sure to scroll down!
Yesterday I accomplished nothing outside of feeding Virginia (which is my main job right now, so that's okay!). She must be growing because she ate ALL DAY LONG. Thank goodness for TV shows being On Demand, because I was constrained to the couch most of the day! V was also pretty fussy, so if she wasn't eating, she was crying. I spent the day being thankful that that was the exception, not the norm with Virginia! Josh came home late from work and I was trying to unload the dishwasher while holding V. I hadn't had a shower, taken the movie we'd rented back to Redbox, cooked dinner, made the beds, ...anything I had intended on doing! Even so, there's nowhere else I'd rather be than home with this sweet girl! Even her crying face is adorable. :)
Today has been much better. V is back to her normal eat-every-three-hours schedule and has allowed me to clean, do laundry, write blogposts (because that's productive), and shower! We're going to go to Publix later to get out of the house. I still can't carry her in the carseat, so I will just put her in my wrap/carrier once we get to the store. I LOVE it, by the way. It is a Baby K'tan wrap, and V seems to be so comfortable in it. I'm not supposed to lift anything heavier than Virginia for SIX WEEKS, and it's driving me crazy. I am dying to go on walks with our new stroller in this beautiful weather. Three more weeks!
Here are some pics of Virginia from a couple weeks ago looking pretty in the purple butterfly dress Bebe made. (Although my pictures are notoriously too orange, Virginia was actually much more jaundiced at that point than she is now!)
