Virginia's Nursery!

Miss Virginia's nursery is finally ready to go!  

It's so funny to think back on our plan for the nursery...  

We wanted to do something super neutral -- whites, creams, khakis -- since 

a) our whole house is very neutral 

and

b) we wanted to be able to use the same crib bedding for future children, whether girls OR boys.  

This was my inspiration....

Well, baby boy Little, if you ever come along, you will NOT want Virginia's nursery hand-me-downs!  I think our plans went awry when it came time to choose the bedding fabric and Josh decided that his little girl just needed some pink.  I will say that it is called "ballet pink", which is not exactly peach, but definitely not bubble gum pink.

Virginia -- Welcome home!  I hope your room is 

pink enough, 

frilly enough, 

and sparkly enough!
