Christmas at the Little Residence

I love having a husband who loves Christmas as much as I do!  

He insisted on putting lights in the bushes this year...

(and even put them up a second time because he wasn't pleased with his method the first go-round)

We put our real tree in the sunroom.  It smells so nice every time we walk through the door...

I made this ruffled linen tree skirt following this tutorial...

We stuck our corner tree and the secretary that's longing for a home in the spot where our buffet used to be...

And I decided to wrap my gifts in sheet music and craft paper this year because I try to be like Miss Mustard Seed in every way possible (see blog list)...

The stockings are hung by the chimney with care...

And Buck Randall is even getting into the Christmas spirit...

(So is Jason...)

***Clarification: I was just showing Doc this post and he thought that was me cuddled up with Jason... That would actually be Meagan :)
